U.S. Sen. Phil Gramm may explain a lot about
why Wall Street and its investment banks got
everything they wanted from the Senate
Banking Committee when Gramm was its
chairman. Lately he has been the committee's
ranking Republican minority member.
No doubt Senator Gramm will keep voting
