Thom Calandra's latest commentary at CBSMarketWatch
is essential reading. He reports that the World Gold
Council's plan to offer a bullion fund on stock exchanges
is being delayed by concerns about tax liabilities and
secure accounting for the gold.

Calandra reports that the two bullion funds already
operating in North America are selling at premiums
