TheStreet.com notes complaints of manipulation of silver

Strangely, TheStreet.com today noted complaints about manipulation of the silver market. It happened in a rather flippant report by TheStreet.com's Debra Borchardt. But at least they spelled the metal's name right. You can view the report here under the headline "$35 Silver in 2 Years":
