themes planned for the fall dinner meeting of the
Committee for Monetary Research and Education, to be
held Wednesday, November 12, in New York City.

The big draw will be remarks by Jim Rogers, president
of Rogers Holdings and author of quot;Adventure Capitalist.quot;
But perhaps of equal interest to gold's partisans will
be remarks about the Federal Reserve System by John H.
Wood, professor of economics at Wake Forest University
and author of a major study of the gold standard.

The CMRE meetings always provide an excellent dinner
as well, and November 12's will be held at the Union
League Club at 38 East 37th St., within walking
distance of Grand Central Station.

Admission is $125 for CMRE members, $145 for others.
