Berrigan to allow Blanchard amp; Co. to continue
its lawsuit against Barrick Gold and J.P.
Morgan Chase has been posted at GATA's

thus is a little grainy, but if your version

GATA asks its supporters to post around
the Internet both this dispatch and the GATA
dispatch of earlier this evening about the
Blanchard case. We must achieve the widest
possible publicity for this development --
and GATA will issue a national press
release about it in the morning --to
encourage the gold world and let the bad guys
know that justice is coming after them.
