Hugo Salinas Price, president of the Mexican Civic Association for Silver, writes today that his country badly needs some good news and encouragement and he again recommends what could be a mechanism of national pride: monetization of Mexico's own undenominated silver coin, the Libertad, made from metal drawn from the country's own soil, money that puts its own people to work.
