interview with Quinton George, managing director
of Trinity Holdings, a big stakeholder in
Afrikander Lease, whose enormous donation to GATA
was announced today. In the interview, George
elaborates on that donation.

quot;I think the World Gold Council has now got good
leadership with Chris Thompson, and he is certainly
starting to talk about gold as money, which I think is
positive. So I don't think one needs to see it as a
comparison between the World Gold Council and
GATA. But I think GATA have certainly been the most
courageous and outspoken body of people to talk
about gold as money at a time when most people
didn't believe it, and I think with what we've seen in
the last six to nine months, people are starting to look
at gold as money and as a store of value.quot;
