expropriative tender offers, GATA consultant Reg
Howe has joined GATA's law firm, Berger amp; Montague
of Philadelphia, in bringing a class-action lawsuit
against Kinross Gold over the mistreatment of the
preferred shareholders of Kinam Gold, a company
