Silver market rigging whistleblower Ted Butler realizes that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission will never act on its own against manipulation of the gold and silver markets, but he reports that he has some indication that the U.S. Government Accountability Office may be interested in investigating the CFTC's malfeasance.
