Hugo Salinas Price: A new Magna Carta for our times

Hugo Salinas Price, president of the Mexican Civic Association for Silver, argues in an essay posted this week that a new world reserve currency won't solve the dollar problem as long as the new currency is just another debt instrument. Only balancing international payments in gold can do that, Salinas Price writes.
