Gene Arensberg: CFTC limts only commodity longs, not shorts

Gene Arensberg's new "Got Gold Report" for Brien Lundin's Gold Newsletter (www.GoldNewsletter.com) is about natural gas but stresses that so far the "reforms" of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission are serving only to limit long traders, not short ones.
