Gold, silver in backwardation as a result of BIS paper dumping, Kaye tells KWN

Gold and silver are in backwardation, Hong Kong fund manager William Kaye today tells King World News, which is "typical of what you see when there is overt manipulation." Kaye attributes the situation to "an awful lot of paper gold intentionally dumped in a programmed algorithm ... most likely by the Bank for International Settlements."
