Koos Jansen: China's central bank doesn't buy gold on Shanghai exchange

The People's Bank of China almost certainly does not purchase gold through the Shanghai Gold Exchange, gold researcher and GATA consultant Koos Jansen writes tonight, providing authoritative evidence that purchasing gold on the exchange would not accomplish the Chinese government's objectives, foremost of which is to trade U.S. dollars for metal.
