TF Metals Report: Comex gold futures market is 'hopelessly broken'

The New York Commodity Exchange's gold futures market is "hopelessly broken," the playground of market-manipulating bullion banks that can move the price up and down at will to fleece naive speculators and investors as was done last week, Turd Ferguson of the TF Metals Report writes today. Ferguson adds that the bullion banks covered many short positions in Comex gold in the week prior to the Federal Reserve's surprising retreat from "tapering" its bond purchases.
